Michael Goetz

Born in St. Petersburg Florida, Michael Gotz graduated with honors from the University of Florida College of Law. He then began his legal career at international law firm Holland & Knight LLP, where he handled product liability, medical negligence and general liability claims, as well as complex commercial litigation matters.

After becoming a Partner at Holland & Knight in 2000, Michael joined Morgan & Morgan in 2002. His experience with the firm has spanned from prosecuting personal injury and wrongful death claims to litigating mass tort actions concerning pharmaceutical and medical device companies. Michael is an invaluable resource on investigations involving 510k approved devices.
